In this agreement, “you” refers to the client or user. The operator of the platform is known as “Interactivecrypto”.

When the client uses any of Interactivecrypto’s services, it is considered that the client has read, understood, and consented to all of the terms and conditions indicated in this legal agreement and Interactivecrypto’s privacy policy.

The agreement is legally binding. Therefore, before engaging in any Interactivecrypto services, you should thoroughly review this agreement and its pertinent provisions. By registering, accessing, or using Interactivecrypto’s platform, the client or user automatically accepts the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

If a user disagrees with any portion of this agreement, they should not use the services of our site.

Interactivecrypto further reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. When the platform adjusts or alters the terms when Interactivecrypto revises this agreement, the appropriate notifications and notices will be made public.

When Interactivecrypto provides new revisions to the agreement, the modifications will become effective on the dates Interactivecrypto specifies. By continuing to use the platform’s services, the user/s indicate that they are aware of the new changes and revisions and have accepted any new modifications to the agreement and regulations. If a user does not agree to the new modifications or revisions, they will be required to stop using the platform’s services and terminate their client asset account on Interactivecrypto.

Protection of Funds

Interactivecrypto is largely liable for protecting the client’s funds. Even if we go bankrupt, we promise to safeguard our users’ funds. We strive to ensure the best level of security for our users’ funds by preventing them from falling into the hands of unauthorised parties. We are always searching for methods to strengthen and improve our security procedures. We have implemented the following security measures to ensure the safety of our users’ funds:

IT Security Measures of the Highest Standard

KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards are required prior to the provision of any services to a user.

On our website, creating or using anonymous accounts is not permitted.

All of our platform’s companies and services strictly adhere to local tax regulations.

Submission of Requests: Authorized law enforcement authorities can email the Interactivecrypto platform at support@interactivecrypto.io if they have any legal demands or inquiries.

Please note that you cannot submit legal requests or questions through other means, including the Interactivecrypto Support group. Such inquiries will be disregarded.

The following are the minimal requirements for submitting a request to law enforcement:

The law enforcement request should be made by an authorised individual or organisation.

Utilize the legitimate and valid reasons for the law enforcement request.

The law enforcement request should specify the identity of the customer or the nature of the transaction for which the request was made.

The law enforcement request should contain a credible email response from an authentic government domain or physical location.

The Interactivecrypto Commitment to You:

Interactivecrypto (“Interactivecrypto”, “Company”, “us”, or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers (each referred to as a “user” or “you”).

We are committed to protecting the privacy of users who access, use, or interact with the website, including any domain or subdomain owned by or connected to the company and any service we offer (collectively, the “Website” and “Services”).

Our Terms and Conditions policy contains incorporation by reference of our Privacy Policy. When users utilise Interactivecrypto’s services, the platform’s Privacy Policy outlines the procedures, which include the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Please spend some time reviewing our Privacy Statement. By default, when a user utilises our service, he or she accepts and agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy, and your continued use of our services indicates your ongoing consent to the Privacy Policy.

Interactivecrypto has the sole and absolute authority to modify the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy at any time. In some instances, the “Last Updated” phrase indicates the version’s effective date. By continuing to use the platform’s services, the user/s indicate that they are aware of the new changes and modifications and have accepted any new modifications to the Privacy Policy.

The processing of your “Personal Data” is necessary for the provision of our service and the fulfilment of our contractual obligations to you. The user has the right to withdraw their consent for Interactivecrypto to handle their personal data at any time for operations that rely on their consent.

Technologies for Surveillance

When you visit or use one of our services, “Tracking Technologies” such as “pixels,” “cookies,” “events,” and other similar technologies collect information about the user. These technologies collect information from your device(s), customer online behaviour and preferences, and so on. The objective is to give you an improved user experience every time you visit our website.

Google Analytics

Using Google Analytics, we collect information about how you use our services. This instrument captures the following data:

How many times has this individual utilised our services?

Which services and subpages did they view?

Time spent on our website (in minutes)

What was the IP address utilised for? IP addresses are gathered as opposed to identities and other information.

The primary purpose of collecting this information is to enhance your user experience. Please be informed that we do not collect any personally identifying information. The Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy govern the storage and usage of data collected on Interactivecrypto.

Clients are in Charge of the Tracking Technologies they Employ.

You may configure and adjust your Tracking Technologies settings. There are various alternatives for doing so on our site. Mobile Devices: You may change your data collection, ad, and other settings by going to the ‘Settings’ tab on your device’s browser.

Apple Devices: Select “Settings” and then “Privacy” from the menu to change ad tracking. To disable tracking, go to the “advertising” area and click the “limit ad tracking” option.

You may opt-out of a variety of app-based advertising monitoring by using the “Google Settings” app on your Android smartphone. Then go to the “Ads” section, where you may swiftly opt out of interest-based ads.

Please keep in mind that the above information may change as a result of manufacturer updates. The user is solely responsible for obtaining information about the manufacturer or other third parties involved.

On the Platform, there are Trading Restrictions and Offences.

Other trading strategies are forbidden by this policy, including scalping, automatic data entry systems, and hedging, as well as any prohibited conduct, such as abusing our bonus system, which is not permitted on our trading platform. We retain the right to cancel all of your trades and/or close your account in such cases. As a result, a substantial portion of your short-term positions with a significant win/loss ratio in your favour may be considered abusive trading and will not be permitted; in such cases, we reserve the right to void/cancel part or all of your abusive trading transactions and close all of your trading accounts.

Interactivecrypto (Interactivecrypto.io/Interactivecrypto LLC.) does not provide services to residents of Cambodia, Cuba, Cyprus, Ghana, Iran, India, Israel, Mongolia, North Korea, Panama, Pakistan, Philippines, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Syria, Yemen, or any other jurisdiction where providing our services or trading cryptocurrency would be illegal or in violation of applicable laws.

If you register, log in, attempt to log in, trade, or participate in any other activity from an unrecognised IP address or one that is on our blacklist or that of any other authority worldwide, we retain the right to cancel all your transactions and/or close your account.
